| Originally from South Taranaki, this 4 bedroom villa was shifted in three pieces to it's present location where extensive restoration took place. This included a complete removal of the exterior wall linings (See page 1) and the construction of a new bay window kitchen complete with new double hung windows manufactured in our workshop. To complete this part of the project a new deck with bullnose roofed veranda was added. (see page 2) Extensive work was also carried out on the front section of the house with new veranda posts and deck. To complete this front section. balustrading and handrail was added. (See page 3) The interior was completly stripped of wall paper and scrim and all new gib board installed. |
